We, P4H Global, are committed to training people to transform nations.
We take a two-pronged approach to this mission. In Haiti, 80% of teachers do not have pre-service training or are qualified to teach, and 60% of students drop out before finishing elementary school. We believe that effective educators help end economic poverty. This belief has led us to partner with educators through our Teacher Training Programs. Haitian educators have the distinct ability to transform Haiti’s future through their students. We are committed to ensuring that Haitian Educators are prepared to engage, excite, and effectively teach Haiti’s future generation.
Our second approach is through providing avenues for people to connect with international communities on Impact Trips, specifically in Haiti and Nicaragua. These trips are designed to give participants the opportunity to learn from the Haitian and Nicaraguan people through dialogue and active engagement with members of our host communities. These unique Impact Trips allow participants to plan and engage in sustainable programs ranging from youth leadership development, children's activities, health education, and English language practice.
