If you train the trainers, the impact is multiplied by the number of attendees. Do the math - how many are impacted each time P4H has had any type of conference? The fact that my sister is one of its co-founders, is simply icing on the cake. I’ve historically resisted giving to organizations, especially those who claimed to provide help for the people in my parents’ land of Haiti, since they all seemed to fall short, and I couldn’t ever tell where my funds were actually going. This all changed once I joined the P4H family and fell in love with their model of sustainable development and redefining aid. Rather than perpetuating systems of dependency, P4H actively fosters self-empowerment and dignity amongst the people they serve. If you train the trainers, the impact is multiplied by the number of attendees. Do the math - how many are impacted each time P4H has had any type of conference? The fact that my sister is one of its co-founders, is simply icing on the cake.
