Bertrhude Albert, Ph.D.   CEO//Co-Founder  Bertrhude is a recent Ph.D. graduate from the department of Agricultural Education and Communication at UF specializing in Extension Education. As a Haitian American, Bertrhude Albert finds herself enamored by the story of the Haitian people and committed to seeing countries rise to their full potential and destiny through sustainable development and human capacity growth. Currently, she is the CEO and co-founder of P4H Global.

Priscilla Zelaya, Ph.D.   COO//Co-Founder  Priscilla Zelaya is the Co-Founder and COO of P4H Global. She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Florida in Elementary Education. Priscilla received her Ph.D. from the University of Florida in Agricultural Education and Communication with a specialization in Extension Education. She hopes to live her life inspiring others to pursue their dreams and use their God-given talents to change the world.

Josh Bastian, M.B.A.  Chief Financial Officer  Josh is fueled by a passion for ending poverty. His diverse resume includes international experience with both for-profits and non-profits, in the fields of finance, accounting, management and marketing. Josh has more than seven years of experience in the for-profit sector. He holds a finance degree from UCF and an MBA from Rollins College.

Victoria Shelly, M.A.   Program Director  Victoria is a south Florida native who earned both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Linguistics from University of Florida. She began her time as Program Director of P4H soon after her trip to Haiti in 2012 when she first realized the privilege it is to work alongside Haitians in achieving their goals.

Scott Miller  Development Director  Scott Miller is currently earning a PhD in Development Economics at the University of Florida. He has worked for various nonprofits and government agencies, including the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Scott’s research focuses on impact evaluation and policy analysis, covering various topics in countries such as Haiti, Nepal and Brazil.

Amanda DiLorenzo  Internal Operations Director  Amanda has worked with P4H since its beginning, traveling with the organization for the first time in March 2011 and has returned more than eight times since. Amanda is alumna of the University of Florida and is currently continuing her education at UF in Counselor Education by earning a Master’s in Education and Education Specialist degrees. Also works as Career Counselor at the UF Career Resource Center.
